"The Impact of Peak Oil Exports: A quantitative assessment of future net oil exports by
the top five net oil exporters and the relation to global supply."

Biographical Summary

Jeffrey J. Brown is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a licensed professional geoscientist with the State of Texas. He has discovered several oil and gas fields in West Central Texas and is currently managing an aggressive exploration program that integrates remote sensing data with his extensive subsurface database in order to find overlooked oil and gas fields.

For several years he has been studying the Peak Oil issue, at first because of its impact on oil prices, and later out of concern for the dire implications of Peak Oil on the U.S. and world economies. He has written and co-authored many articles on Peak Oil-related topics, with a special emphasis on world net oil export capacity. In 2007, he delivered a paper to the Association for the Study of Peak Oil & Gas – USA,  presenting the work that he and his frequent co-author, Samuel Foucher, have done on the top five net oil exporting countries.
